1. 預約與確認:主動且清晰
收到面試邀請后,24 小時內回復(體現時效性):
必用表達:
"Thank you for inviting me to the interview for the [Position Name] role at [Company Name]. I am pleased to confirm my attendance at [Time, Date]."
