律師執(zhí)業(yè)風險已經(jīng)成為阻礙我國律師業(yè)健康、有序發(fā)展的1大疾患。如何正確認識與解決律師執(zhí)業(yè)風險問題已是迫在眉睫。提高執(zhí)業(yè)律師地位、轉(zhuǎn)變司法人員觀念、完善相關立法，是解決律師執(zhí)業(yè)風險問題的重要途徑和措施，它對于改善整個司法環(huán)境具有10分重要的意義。
